   Day 1


Chennai to Tiruttani to Madurai

Early Morning: Begin your journey from Chennai and head towards Tiruttani, approximately 85 km away (about 2 hours ).

Tiruttani Murugan Temple: Experience the divine aura at one of the six abodes of Lord Murugan, renowned for its spiritual significance.

Afternoon: Continue your journey to Madurai,  (around 8-9 hours ).

Overnight Stay: Enjoy a restful night in Madurai, renowned for its rich cultural heritage. 

 Day 2


Madurai to Palani

Morning: Travel from Madurai to Palani, covering approximately 120 km (about 3 hours).

Palani Murugan Temple: Visit the revered hill temple, famous for its Navapashanam idol.Choose between the funicular or a traditional climb to reach the temple.

Afternoon: Explore local attractions and unwind.

Overnight Stay: Relax and stay overnight in Palani.

Day 3


Palani to Thiruparankundram to Pazhamudircholai to Madurai

Morning: Return to Madurai from Palani (about 120 km, 3 hours ).

Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple: Discover the ancient rock-cut temple dedicated to Lord Murugan.

Afternoon: Drive to Pazhamudircholai (around 25 km, 1 hour ).

Pazhamudircholai Murugan Temple: Visit this lush, serene temple set amidst the hills of Alagar Kovil.

Madurai to Thiruchendur
